With any of these guides there is no way of knowing the date they were written. Considering how fast medical information is changing that is a serious problem. The very small print that appears on the first page indicates a date of 1993. Might this be a little dated ?
The section on page 2 concerning inflamation says, ” For people with arthritis the recommended dose ranges from 3, 600 mg to 5, 400 mg a day. That translates to a dozen to 16 or so standard tablets daily.” Now that is just wrong. Why is this error still in print ?
