Bed Soap and Leg Soap to Ward Off Cramps:
Are you plagued with painful leg cramps in the middle of the night? Many people are. Many years ago, we heard from a reader that putting a bar of soap under the bottom sheet, near where the legs rest, could help prevent nighttime leg cramps. We tried it and were delighted that it worked, though we had no idea why. The only problem was that the soap made a lump in the bed that wasn’t entirely comfortable.
That’s when we decided to have our own Bed Soap made. It contains a fragrant lavender soap that is long and flat, so that it doesn’t poke up out of the bed. You might not even notice it, until you woke in the morning and realize you had no leg cramps during the night.
