Urea Skin Relief, 2 oz. size

I have had dry hands and cuticles ALL MY LIFE. This lotion is a game changer, and I absolutely love it. Not only do my hands feel softer, my cuticles and nails look and feel great (for the first time ever). It is a bit sticky if I put too much on, but that doesn’t last long. I bought this for my daughter, who also loves it, and we don’t plan to ever again be without this lotion. Highly recommend!

I bought this after listening to a very interesting episode of The People’s Pharmacy during which the virtues of lotions like this (with urea or other humectins) were described. I had high hopes, as my hands and other exposed skin needs some loving attention. However, I am disappointed in that it is very tacky. I have to wash my hands to get rid of the tackiness, which negates the reason for using it in the first place. So, I will go back to my CeraVe and Aveeno lotions.

I bought this to relieve eczema on my hands, but I can’t use it often enough to know if it works. This is because of a tacky residue left on the skin after using the product. It doesn’t feel smooth or moisturized but leaves a weird, almost sticky, feeling on my hands. I don’t know which ingredient is causing it, but I’m guessing it’s the Urea, since it’s the one thing not contained in my other hand lotions. I even tried using other hand creams after using the Urea Skin Relief, but the tackiness remains.

I too would like to see the ingredients. Also, the cost of a two oz tube plus shipping is a lot to spend
on a trial size of a product. Do you offer a bigger size with some sort of guarantee that if the product doesn’t live up to your performance predictions the purchaser would be entitled to a refund?

Looks nice but I need to see the ingredients before purchasing! I am surprised you don’t have the ingredients accessible. I am sure many of your customers feel the same! I’d love to give a bunch of stars but can’t try it without knowing the contents(:
