Vitamin K Cuts Cancer Risk

Vitamin K is found primarily in green leafy vegetables and soy products. A 10-year study of 24,000 Germans found that those who got the most vitamin K in their diets were 28 percent less likely to die of cancer than those who ate the least. We might all follow the old wives’ advice to eat our vegetables.
