Americans are Not Getting Enough Sleep

Are you getting enough sleep? According to a survey of more than 400,000 Americans the chances are good that you are not. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report that almost 70 percent of us miss out on at least one night of adequate sleep each month. More than 10 percent almost never get enough sleep. West Virginia leads the nation in sleeplessness, with 19 percent reporting chronic sleep deprivation. Only 7 percent of people in North Dakota reported that problem.
